Domestic:

Standard flat rate: $8.95 USD

Express flat rate: $15.00 USD

Orders over $50.00 USD receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

For deliveries within USA, please allow 3 – 5 working days for your OOLOO to arrive.

 

International:

Enjoy OOLOO from anywhere in the world - self-care is universal!

Flat rate: $20 USD per order

Shipping times vary but can take anywhere between 7 -21 business days.

Please note, your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. OOLOO is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from OOLOO you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

 

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries each month unless you choose to pay in advance.

 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it by logging in and managing your account.

 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, or simply login via our website.
